WildEdge Brewing Collective is a craft brewery in downtown Cortez, Colorado, opened on April 11th, 2017, after renovating a vacant warehouse. Their concept emphasizes that great beer builds great community, with a central location one block north of Main Street. They offer a constantly rotating tap list of beers like pale ales, IPAs, sours, porters, and stouts, many available in 4-packs, plus a rotating cider tap.
