Ellison Estate Vineyard is a regenerative farm producing natural wines from Vermont's largest and oldest single grapevine planting in the Champlain Islands, grown in Grand Isle and vinted in Stowe. Using native yeast fermentations and minimal intervention, their wines showcase the pure expression of local terroir. They offer a wine club called FLOCK and foster community through events and tastings.
