Nestled high in the Vermont mountains, Flag Hill Farm is Vermont's first organic and solar-powered cidery, established since 1984 and one of the originals that helped spark the craft cider renaissance. They produce certified organic hard ciders, apple brandy, and cider vinegars using over 80 varieties of cultivated and wild apples. The family farm follows Audubon guidelines for bird and pollinator habitat and also raises fine wool sheep.
