UnHitched Brewing Company is a brewery and full-service restaurant brewing rustic, small-batch beers using ingredients sourced within 400 miles, rooted in Midwest character. They feature 16 taps in the taproom with to-go options and the Woodshop extension focused on wood-influenced fermentation and barrel aging. Seasonally inspired food complements the beers in reimagined spaces with indoor/outdoor seating.
