The Jolly Scholar is a brewpub on the campus of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland's University Circle, originally starting as a craft beer bar and restaurant before expanding into brewing. They produce traditional and experimental beers, including wild-fermented and barrel-aged varieties, and distribute to other local bars and restaurants. Science, knowledge, hard work, and soul go into every glass poured.
