Founded in 2008 in Conroe, Texas, Southern Star Brewing Co. was the first brewery in Texas to can craft beer. They relocated to a custom-built facility on over 13 acres in 2016, featuring a taproom overlooking the brewhouse and an outdoor biergarten with live music. They produce a lineup of craft beers including flagship Bombshell series IPAs, blondes, stouts, and lagers.
