SLO Brew opened its doors in 1988 and has remained one of California’s longest standing brew pubs. They produce hand-crafted micro brews alongside quality dining and world-class entertainment. The Rock features a 30-barrel brewhouse, canning line, tasting room, restaurant, and event space with outdoor seating and fire pits.
