California Wild Ales is San Diego's only all barrel-aged sour blendery, focused on creating complex, funky sour beers using old-world techniques. Their beers are aged in American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels for 9-12 months, often racked onto fresh local San Diego fruit for additional fermentation. They offer online ordering, curbside pickup, and a tasting room with flights.
