Brewery Draconum is a brother and sister-owned independent craft brewery and gastropub located on Main Street in Old Town Newhall, Santa Clarita, CA. They brew a wide range of world-style beers from Baltic Porters to IPAs and Lagers, featuring 20 taps mostly with house brews and two dedicated to gluten-free options, alongside wines and signature drinks. The venue offers an elevated pub-style menu with beer-infused recipes, a newly-renovated beer garden, and space for private events up to 100 guests.
