Hyderhead Brewing Co. is a Scottish-inspired micro brewery (6-BBL) in historic downtown DeLand, FL, producing small batches of craft beer using only European grain with recipes passed down through generations. They offer 16 kinds of beer on tap, 50 brands of whisky, wine, sangria, and a full Scottish food menu including haggis in their licensed taproom pub. Nestled at the corner of South Florida Ave and West Georgia Ave, they host live taproom events and encourage visitors to wear a kilt for a pint and a shot.
