Sam and Beccy Leach are natural cider and perry farmers and makers based in Chew Magna, North Somerset. They practice regenerative farming in traditional orchards, with their home farm and orchards certified organic. Fruit is picked from the ground to fully ripen before gentle, slow fermentation with wild yeasts and no sulphites.
