They produce and market organic spirits under the Crescendo brand (vodka, limoncello, orange, lime, grapefruit) and Diamond Clear brand, supplying them to stores, while offering small-batch signature spirits like whiskey, rum, gin, and brandy exclusively at their tasting room. Committed to sustainability, they donate all byproducts to local nonprofits and farms and maintain organic certification with a small team of under 5 employees.
