Immortal Spirits & Distilling Company was founded in 2009 in Medford, Oregon, from the passion to create true craft liquors - always from scratch, always handmade. They produce a wide range of spirits including Whiskey (flagship), Rum, Absinthe Gin, Brandy, Eau de Vie, and seasonal specialties like Nocino, with all mashing, fermenting, distilling, ageing, and bottling done in-house using self-built equipment. Each bottle is hand-numbered with a release date and bottle number.
