Last Shot Distillery opened in December 2015 in Skaneateles, NY, on a historic site once home to The Earll & Kellogg Distillery from 1840-1864. Co-owned by former chef Chris Uyehara and engineer John Menapace, both longtime Skaneateles residents, the distillery produces spirits including Bourbon Whiskey and Chocolate Crème Brûlée Liqueur. Their mission is to bring a new perspective to distilling, creating a family business rooted in historic traditions and community.
