Clayton Distillery is a farm-based distillery located in the beautiful Thousand Islands region of Northern New York, the first of its kind in the area. Established in 2012 and opened for business in April 2013, they adhere to a philosophy of homegrown, handcrafted spirits starting with locally grown raw materials and improving every batch. Visitors can enjoy tasting flights or drinks made with their spirits at the distillery and purchase products on-site or at select stores in Central and Western New York.
