Tumbleroot Brewery & Distillery is a Santa Fe craft brewery and distillery producing award-winning beers, organic spirits, liqueurs, bitters, canned cocktails, syrups, shrubs, and cordials from scratch using organic, garden-grown, and wild-harvested Southwest ingredients like juniper berries, prickly pear, stone fruit, sage, and desert herbs. They operate three locations: Alegría taproom with live music and food trucks, Pottery Pub combining cocktails with clay activities, and a Tasting Room at the production facility offering tours and bottle sales. Founded by husband-and-wife team Jason Kirkman (brewer/distiller) and Angela Kirkman (gardener/artist).
