Great Plains Distillery is a family and veteran-owned micro-distillery based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, the first of its kind in the Panhandle region. Founded by Phil Mitchell and Austin Propp, they started with a 15-gallon still producing Vamoose Vodka, followed by Landmark Whiskey, and upgraded to a 120-gallon still in 2017. They have plans to expand into gin, rum, whiskey, and flavored vodkas.
