The first legal distillery in Mississippi, founded in 2010 by friends and blues fans Austin Evans and Richard Patrick. Cathead produces award-winning small batch spirits inspired by the South, including vodkas, bourbon, gin, chicory liqueur, and sparkling cocktails. Located in Jackson, MS, they offer a gift and bottle shop, bar, and tours with tastings.
