King Coil Spirits is a craft distillery that opened in late 2023 in Saint Paul, MN's historic Vandalia Tower Complex, formerly the King Koil Mattress factory. They produce acclaimed spirits including gin and liqueurs, earning over a dozen medals in 2024, such as Best In Class Liqueur at the American Distilling Institute and Minnesota Gin Producer of the Year at the New York International Spirits Competition. Known for unique handcrafted cocktails and paired with food from OG ZaZa, they aim to revitalize the Midway neighborhood.
