The Lab is a first-of-its-kind pilot and quality testing facility powered by BevSource in St. Paul, MN, offering small-scale manufacturing for experimental beverages and new launches. It provides TTB-certified laboratory services for analytic, microbiological, and quality assurance testing across categories like beer, RTDs, seltzers, kombuchas, and CSDs. The facility also hosts the BBIB Market, a pop-up for BIPOC-owned businesses every second Saturday.
