Earl Giles Distillery is a Minneapolis-based craft producer specializing in high-quality spirits, elixirs, cocktail mixers, and garnishes. They operate an 18,000 sq ft facility including a full-service restaurant, distillery, canning and bottling operations, flavor laboratory called The Drinks Apothecary, gift shop, and private event space. Inspired by the Prohibition-era bootlegger Earl Giles, they focus on original custom spirits and offer consulting services for beverage programs.
