Chateau Aeronautique Winery, Blue Skies Brewery, & Mile High Distillery is a multi-beverage craft producer with locations in Jackson (Airpark) and Onsted (Irish Hills), Michigan. Founded in 2008 by Lorenzo Lizarralde who started winemaking in his hangar, they now produce vinifera wines, fruity ciders, exceptional beers like Belgian Tripel and Chocolate Oatmeal Stout, and high-octane spirits for craft cocktails. They feature tasting rooms, a kitchen/pizzeria, biergarten concerts with tribute bands, and event venues including weddings.
