In 2013, two Grand Rapids entrepreneurs founded Eastern Kille Distillery to create bourbon rivaling Kentucky's finest, evolving into an award-winning destination for craft spirits, seasonal cocktails, and Michigan's natural beauty. They now operate from a 16-acre wooded property in Rockford, aging spirits through changing seasons, hosting tours and tastings, and serving refined food in an architecturally acclaimed space.
