About
Carrβs Ciderhouse is a family-run cidery handcrafting small batch, wild fermented hard ciders, cider syrup, apple cider vinegar, and switchel using apples from their Preservation Orchard and wild foraged sources. Located on the northwest slope of Mt. Warner in Hadley, MA, they restored a historic orchard without pesticides, practicing silvopasture with goats and sheep. Their ciders ferment naturally over winter in uninsulated cellars for complexity and richness.
