About

Kentucky Artisan Distillery is a contract distiller and bottler serving as the official home for Jefferson’s Bourbon, producing bourbon and spirits from grains grown on neighboring 700 acres at Waldeck Farm. They handle the full process from mashing roughly 270 bushels of grain daily to bottling over 135 barrels weekly, all run by their distillers. As part of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tour®, they offer tours and a gift shop featuring their brands.
