Judson & Moore is a Chicago-based distillery producing quality American whiskey, distilled, barreled, and bottled in Illinois. Founded in 2019 by a third-generation Minnesota-raised silo builder and entrepreneur and a third-generation Tennessee-raised distiller and engineer, representing the meeting of two families with generations of preparation in spirits-making. Located in a former leather tannery along the Chicago River, they offer tours, a tasting room, live music, workshops, and community events.
