Grey Matter Distillery is Jacksonville’s very first craft distillery, founded in 2014 and family-owned. They distill and bottle Carve Craft Vodka, Live Oak Whiskey, Mayport Moonshine, and Ribault Rum on-site in their Atlantic Beach location. Opened to the public in 2021, they offer tours, tastings, craft cocktails, events, and private event space in a cozy lounge.
