Founded in 2018 by Daniel and Talia Haykin, Haykin Family Cider is an award-winning, small-batch cidery in Aurora, CO, dedicated to honoring rare and heirloom apples like wineries celebrate grapes. Their crisp, sparkling ciders feature higher carbonation, zero additives, and are made via a white winemaking process, often as single varietals with occasional cuvees. All ciders are certified kosher with the Scroll K hechsher.
