Fraser Valley Distilling is a family-owned distillery established in 2018 in Fraser, Colorado, near Winter Park. They produce approachable mountain-crafted spirits including Colorado Bourbons, agave spirits, gin, and single malt whiskey using pure aquifer-fed waters and fermentation science. Visitors can enjoy tours, tastings, and scratch-made food at their on-site restaurant.
