Hard Heidi's Cider is a small-batch cidery on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington, owned and operated by Heidi Ridgway, who began her cider journey in 2003 after inheriting apple trees and seeking natural beverages due to chemical sensitivities. They handcraft additive-free ciders using locally gleaned apples with no sugar, sulfites, or sweeteners, producing unique seasonal limited editions in three styles: Hard Apple (traditional), Hard Fruit (infused with fruits like Lemon Blueberry), and Hard Spice (infused with spices like Apple Pie).
