About
Valhalla Mead was founded by Mike and Elizabeth in 2018 and produces artisan Nordic-style mead inspired by ancient traditions, crafted in small batches using time-honored methods. They source all ingredients fresh from local Pacific Northwest farmers and businesses to capture the region's essence. Their meads offer smooth tastes evoking Scandinavian landscapes, with unique flavors like caramelized honey, barrel aging, and fruit infusions.
