Von Jakob Winery & Brewery is Southern Illinois' only combined winery and brewery on the Shawnee Wine Trail in Alto Pass, IL, offering panoramic views of orchards, vineyards, and Shawnee National Forest. They produce nearly 20 varieties of award-winning wines from 15 acres of vineyards ranging from full-bodied reds to sweet desserts, handcrafted beers in styles like German Pilsner and Chocolate Milk Stout, and hard apple cider. Visitors can enjoy tastings, food at the Grill & Pub, events, and stays at the on-site Bed & Breakfast.
