3100 Cellars is Idaho's only dedicated sparkling wine house, producing world-class traditional method sparkling wines from their estate vineyard in the Eagle Foothills AVA. They started winemaking in 2014, inspired by Idaho's whitewater rivers, and age their wines on average for 3 years. The winery is located minutes from downtown Eagle, Idaho, offering tastings by appointment.
