Copp Brewery and Winery is a destination venue in Crystal River, Florida, combining an accessible brewery producing award-winning beers since 2011 with a winery crafting wines from imported grapes and specialty ingredients since 2006. Visitors can watch the brewing process up close, enjoy flights or glasses of wine and beer, and dine at their full-service restaurant featuring a new wood-fired oven menu introduced in 2023. The 10,000+ square foot space includes two bars, casual seating, a large beer garden, private event areas, and a retail shop.
