About
indoVINO is a winemaking project producing small batch, handcrafted wines from the Western Slope of Colorado and Antequera, Spain, started during the 2022 harvest. Winemaker Nicole Indovino crafts sustainable wines using native yeast from organic vineyards, unfiltered and unfined to preserve their unique character. The project emphasizes community building through wine, sharing memories and connecting people to rural landscapes.
