Straight to Ale is a production brewery founded in 2009 by local home brewers in Huntsville, AL, known for bold flavors and innovative techniques. They have grown into one of Alabama's largest craft breweries with regional and national recognition, expanding in 2016 to a 45,000 sq ft facility including cider, mead production, Shelta Cavern Spirits distilling, and Ale's Kitchen.
