Takara Sake USA Inc. is a sake brewery based in Berkeley, California, crafting premium sake under the flagship Sho Chiku Bai brand, along with flavored sake, plum wine, mirin, and sparkling sakes like HANA and MIO using traditional techniques blended with modern technology. They also import specialty sake, shochu, and TaKaRa CHU-HI from sister operations in Japan, where the company has over 180 years of expertise. The brewery features a tasting room, museum, and is a proud partner of the NY Mets and SF Giants.
