Giessinger Winery & Cidery was founded in 1996 in Fillmore, CA, with a second location, Giessinger Cellars, established in 2008 in Westlake Village, CA. They produce high-quality, moderately priced wines inspired by French Algerian winemaking, including whites, reds, rosés, dessert wines, ports, sherry, sparkling wines, sangria, grape spirit cocktails, and hard cider.
