Yankee Hill Winery and Cooking School is the oldest winery in the Sierra Foothills, established in 1970 in historic Columbia, California. Run by Ron Erickson, winemaker, chef, and instructor, it combines wine production with a year-round cooking school offering hands-on classes using natural ingredients with no more than seven per recipe. Classes are fun, available for adults, children, and private groups, often paired with wine.
