Silvertip Vineyards was a small family-operated premium winery in the Santa Cruz Mountains. They employed a minimalist winemaking approach using no more than a third new French oak, cultured and wild yeast fermentations, to express the uniqueness of the soil and climate. The business is permanently closed as of 12/31/2023.
