About
McPherson Cellars is a winery in Lubbock, Texas, founded by Dr. Clinton ‘Doc’ McPherson, who planted some of the first vines for true Texas wines. The family continues his legacy by farming grapes in the Texas High Plains AVA and producing warm-climate varieties inspired by the world but rooted in the local terroir. They operate a tasting room and event venue in a historic Coca-Cola bottling plant in downtown Lubbock.
