Camins 2 Dreams is a family-owned boutique winery founded in 2017 by Tara Gomez of the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians and Mireia Taribó from Catalunya. They craft cool climate Syrah and Grüner Veltliner using wild yeast, minimal intervention, low SO2, and grapes from organic, biodynamic, and regenerative vineyards in Sta. Rita Hills AVA and San Benito. Their natural wines celebrate diverse heritage and respect for the land.
