Fiddlehead Cellars is a women-owned boutique winery led by owner/winemaker Kathy Joseph, specializing in Pinot Noir, Gruner Veltliner, and Sauvignon Blanc. Their wines are place-driven and handcrafted, drawing from vineyards in Santa Ynez Valley, Fiddlestix in Sta. Rita Hills, and Willamette Valley, blending Old World tradition with New World sensibilities. The winery has moved to 'The Farm' effective July 1, 2025, with tastings and pick-ups available by advance appointment only in Lompoc.
