Founded by Laura Hughes in 2015, Loubud Wines specializes in small-production, traditional method sparkling wines from the cool-climate vineyards of the Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara County. Named after Laura’s childhood nickname Loubudillia, the winery pairs its handcrafted bubbles with hand-carved wooden puzzles introduced by her husband Paul in 2023. Guests enjoy tastings in their new downtown Santa Barbara tasting room, complete with wine, puzzles, and their dog Taco on Sundays.
