Solminer produces natural wines from biodynamic and regenerative organic vines near Los Olivos in Santa Barbara County. They offer whites, orange and rosé, reds, sparkling wines and ciders, plus olive oil and honey. Visitors can enjoy the tasting room in downtown Los Olivos or visit the farm, with customizable wine clubs available.
