JDM Estate, LLC is a small-batch winery and organic olive oil producer located at Windmill Vineyard & Orchard in Yolo County's Dunnigan Hills, California. They hand-farm over a dozen grape varietals and seven olive varietals using certified organic, regenerative methods without synthetic chemicals. Owned by Jeff Morgan, they emphasize estate-grown wines and olive oil with sustainable practices.
