Random Ridge Winery is a family-owned producer of limited-production wines from a 10-acre high-elevation vineyard on the Napa-Sonoma ridgeline in the Mount Veeder appellation. Founded by winegrower/poet/surfer Bill Hawley in 1980, it crafts spicy, extracted, and rich wines known as 'wines with alti-dude.' The remote estate at 2200 feet offers stunning views of Mount Tamalpais, San Francisco Bay, and Sonoma Mountain.
