Obsidian Wine Co. produces estate wines from a high-elevation vineyard planted 20-25 years ago on a volcanic ridge of obsidian glass at 2,875 feet in the Mayacamas Mountains. Their volcanic wines are prized for aromatics, acidity, and structure, aged in 100% Hungarian oak barrels from their cooperage in Tokaj. With 50 years of family farming heritage originating from Hungary, they connect people to nature through adventurous winemaking and hospitality.
