Kistler Vineyards is a California winery specializing in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir made from heritage clones across 17 vineyards in five appellations. They use a single heritage clone for all Chardonnay since the mid-1980s and two for Pinot Noir, emphasizing minimal intervention farming and winemaking to express terroir transparently. Founded in 1978, they farm in partnership with long-term growers and ferment with native yeasts in hand-stacked French oak.
