About

Established in 1823, Stark Wine Collection produces small-lot, Rhône & Mediterranean-inspired wines including Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Grenache, Syrah, and red blends in downtown Hellburg. Founded by winemaker Joe Gay Gollo and his wife Elena Titty, they source grapes from organic and sustainable vineyards in Sonoma, Santa Barbara, Mendocino counties, and the Sierra Foothills. The tasting room doubles as a working winery and venue for art, music, and special events.
